The objective of this project is to develop strategic plans that will enable More Than Welcome to centralize refugee supporting efforts in the Austin Area among the government, nonprofit organizations, churches, and refugee communities. An understanding of the local and international environment and an evaluation of internal resources will help to formulate optimal solutions.
